Well, my boss just recently had his assets frozen and his checks are now bouncing. This is my only source of income for my family. He has been in business for quite some time, about 30 years. Can someone please explain what it means when someone has their assets “frozen” and if/how it can be restored so I can work and get paid again.

Something happened in your boss’s personal life that took him to court.
He lost the court battle – and the judge issued a court order to freeze all his money until the judge decides what to do next.
Talk to your boss – and ask him to give you something if he can – or even something of his to sell – like a TV or car. He’ll probably laugh at the idea – but what the heck.
Next – go down to your Social Security or Unemployment office. They may be able to help you file something with the court to help get your money. You need to go down there to apply for your unemployment benefits anyway.

Sounds like he owes alot of $. if he owes uncle sam good luck. You might need legal advice.
